- Account Information: When you register for an account using Facebook, Gmail, or Apple, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.
- Usage Data: We track your interaction with the App, specifically the number of times you complete each of the nine affirmations on a monthly basis. This data is used to populate your personal dashboard.
- Financial Data: All payment information for your monthly subscription is processed by third-party payment processors (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store any of your financial data.

We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App's services.
- Process your monthly subscription of $4.99.
- Personalize your experience and display your progress on the dashboard.
- Communicate with you regarding your account or our services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to others. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our App, such as cloud hosting providers, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
5. Deletion of Your Account and Personal Data
You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly from the settings menu within the Happy Life App. This is the fastest way to remove your data from our systems.
- Email Request: Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at admin@gomaplegroup.com. Your request will be processed within 7 working days.
Upon deletion, you will lose all access to the App's services. Please note that we may need to retain certain transactional data to comply with our legal or financial obligations.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
You may update, amend, or correct your information at any time by signing in to your account and visiting the account settings section. You may also contact us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.
7. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
